Large unfurnished double in central Brighton

Hi!

We're a friendly house of 5 looking for a sixth person to join our home. Our ages range from 29-35 and we have a variety of jobs (e. g. creative & charity-based).

The room costs £500pcm, with bills totalling approx £110pm (give or take the time of year). Our council tax band is D and we'd like our new housemate to stay for at least a year.

The house consists of 6 unfurnished double bedrooms spread across three floors, two bathrooms, a garden, kitchen, utility room and living room.

We're looking for someone who's 25-38, down-to-earth, kind, clean and sociable. We aren't a 'party' house but do enjoy spending time together hanging out, watching movies, cooking dinners and popping to the pub when we can. We're hoping to find a housemate who's a team-player and fits into our home. We all appreciate a clean space so, in addition to tidying up after ourselves, we all also complete around 30 mins of cleaning a week in shared spaces.
