This is a smaller double room, in a beautiful and well decorated very large 4 storey semi-detatched house by Norfolk Square- excellent location. This bedroom is on the 3rd floor and has a garden view with a big olive tree.

Looking for a working professional who ideally works outside the home. You will need to be full-time employed and show proof of this to the guardianship agency.

Marya (31) is a mental health support worker and teaches dance. Leo (25) is a pilot and enjoys being active, and travel.

We both play music (guitar/piano) and enjoy a sit down meal every now and again, but also very much do our own things/have our own hobbies.

We really appreciate a clean and tidy space, so maintaining a clean home is important to us. Must be able to follow a cleaning rota.

This will be a guardianship (hence the low price) so you must be ok with this and register with the agency involved. A guardianship means that the house is for sale, so it might be temporary, and we will be given 1 month notice, but it may also be long-term. So far, viewings happen about once a month, so we don't see it selling anytime soon.
