Room available to rent from June 13- August 13 when property lease will be ending. My 3 lovely housemates are fun, social and very artsy.
Living in the North Laines we have Aldi and Tesco less the 10 minutes walk and a Budgens right across the road.
About 5 minutes walk from the station and St Peter’s bus stop is just around the corner.
The room is semi furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers and a wardrobe.
You will be living upstairs where there is a bathroom and one other bedroom, the ground floor is our shared living area with lots of space and our kitchen and courtyard. Then downstairs there is 2 more bedrooms.
We have a washing machine, oven, 2 fridges and an air fryer.
