This flat is located conveniently on North Street, with reliable access to all bus routes and a 10-minute walk from Brighton train station. Just a 5-minute walk from the beach and 3-minutes from the Laines, making this flat close to all amenities.

The double room is spacious with two large windows which allow lots of natural light. Comes part-furnished with the previous flatmates small double bedframe and mattress, bought brand new less than 12 months ago (for a small fee). This will be a short-term tenancy, available from July-January.

The flat in itself has two bathrooms so you will be sharing with just one other person. A spacious modern well-equipped kitchen and lots of storage space throughout the entire flat.

We are looking for a working professional/post-graduate who is easy-going and tidy. We take turns cleaning the communal spaces. Someone who loves the occasional pub trip (like us) and can have a chit-chat. We are not frequent party-people so ideally we would like someone who is respectful of this. We are all young professionals who work full time.
