The room is unfurnished and has a huge built-in wardrobe across one wall, so there’s plenty of storage space. The flat itself is clean, modern and full of natural light, with a balcony and stunning views across the downs. Despite being in a super central location, it’s surprisingly quiet.

You’d be living with one other person — a 28-year-old Spanish teacher who’s friendly, sociable and easy to live with. It’s a relaxed home where we enjoy a chat and occasionally hanging out, but also respect each other’s space and downtime.

Looking for someone clean, tidy and considerate who wants a calm but friendly home environment. Probably best suited to someone who only works from home occasionally rather than full-time.
