Hello guys, we have a 3 bedroom flat available for short ish term rent with one room available now.
📍 The house is right on the sea front, right next to Holiday Inn and close to i360.
💴 Rent: £900 including all bills + 2 weeks rent for deposit
🛏️ The room is a very big spacious room, that gets a lot of sunlight through the day, and there is one toilet and one bathroom+toilet to be shared with one other person. You can see the sea from the room. The room is unfurnished but have loads of storage space with in built wardrobe. If you have your own bed is best but if not we can arrange something.
Accessibility: the house is on the first floor, there is a small lift that takes us here, however on the front entrance there are 3 steps.
