The deposit will be returned immediately as long as no major damages are left unfixed

This is for a single occupant (no couples because of limited facilities)

The toilet and shower room are shared with another 2 flatmates (total)

a few minutes walk to natural reserve and the south downs

Furnished, has internet (I can remove the treadmill and exercise bike but not the massage chair)

(on side of road, or you can get a permit for a parking space costing around £2 per week)

frequent bus routes running 24/7
(routes 1, 1A, 2, 22, N1, 21 etc)

The area is a quiet residential one with lovely views and walks close by.

The level is 25 min walk
Brighton Marina is 30 min walk
The pier is 40 mins walk

Staying with 2 quiet professionals who wake up early and work a lot (this is not a party house, everyone tends to use earphones to not disturb).

I do not want the home environment to be disrupted so I am looking for a professional, mature individual, someone who is not a party animal, and is private, quiet, and respectful
