Housemate needed in sociable house - Double room

Looking for an outgoing sociable person to join our house due to our mate unfortunately leaving.

We are a house of 3 guys (Harry - 27, Michael - 27, Alex - 24) who enjoy spending time together, going to the pub, watching films/sport, football, climbing, comedy nights, meals out, gym, tennis, music, and general socialising. We’re all super relaxed, easy-going, and up for a laugh.

We’re open to any housemates but preferably of similar age and interests. It is a friendly house - we all met through SpareRoom and have since become mates from this. Ideally we’re looking for someone who also has this mindset - we’ve really enjoyed spending time in a house with people you have fun being around and we want this atmosphere to carry through to the next person who joins us.

It’s a great location with below-average rent considering where it is. 2 minute walk from Queen’s Park. 10 minute walk from the seafront. 5 minute walk from Kemptown. Newsagents 1 minute away. About 20 mins walk into town and the lanes. Quiet, friendly neighbourhood with some good pubs nearby!
