Double room near beach & city centre

We’re three professional housemates with a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Some of us work away during the week, so there’s a nice balance of social time and everyone having their own routines. We enjoy socialising and having a chat together while also respecting each other’s privacy and downtime. There’s also a very cute extra member of the household- Arbie the dog, who visits sometimes and is always a welcome addition! The room is downstairs on its own floor and comes with its own bathroom and an extra storage cupboard in the hallway. The bills come to around £120 each. We’re looking for someone clean, considerate and easy-going to join the house!
