I’m looking for a new flat mate in September 2026.
The room available is spacious, and you have access to your own bathroom, a washer drier, bike shed, storage unit, parking included, dishwasher and an open shared kitchen lounge. It’s directly opposite Preston park.
I have a lovely cat, so you’d need to be happy being careful with window use and the many cuddles she will try and give you. She doesn’t work well with other pets so you’d need to not be looking to get one anytime soon.
I’m relaxed, easy going and looking for someone who wants a flat mate and new friend. Bills and rent together comes to around £1000. PLEASE NOTE: deposit is actually £1100. Won’t let me list it as that
