Double room with balcony access available 1st July. Located in central Brighton, very close to The Level. Shops and cafes within 5 minutes walking distance and the sea within 10 minutes. There is also a 24-hour grocery store 2 minutes away.

Moving in & Bills:
Available from the 1st of July.
The deposit is around £550.
Bills are about £175pcm.

Furnishings & Storage:
The room comes furnished with a bed, but you'll need to get a mattress. There is a wardrobe in the room, a communal wardrobe, and a large storage space named the Cupboard of Doom. There is also a bike storage area outside.

Sam, who is leaving and has been here for 11 years, is taking a lot of the decorations and furniture around the flat, so it also suits someone who is downsizing from a flat or has a lot of cute things to put in the space!

New Flatmate:
We're looking for someone who won't get really drunk at home, who will keep the flat drug-free, and who is queer or an ally. It's been a really chilled and easygoing space, and hoping for that to continue!

Current Flatmates:
Dave - just moved to Brighton in the last few months after living and working as a hairdresser and colourist all over Australia for the past 7 years. He's very active, going to the gym and running frequently, but also equally loves a good TV series and an evening in!

Josh - just moved back to Brighton a few months ago. He's involved in performing arts, going to improv and dance classes weekly, as well as having a background in circus and cabaret. He is currently studying counselling and will be leaving in September for London to study an MA in Drama Therapy.

Accessibility:
The flat is accessible stair-free, but unreliably. The elevator has been down for servicing over the past few days. We're on the first floor, up two flights of stairs. I'd suggest the flat is fine for somebody who can manage occasional periods of stairs when the lift is down, but unfortunately, it is not really reliable for a wheelchair user. :(
