Our home has spacious kitchen with tons of storage space, 2 fridge-freezers, microwave, nice living room, private paved yard, decent shower, washing machine, and high speed Virgin broadband. Will be sharing with three friendly and considerate guys [mid 20s to mid 40s] who like to sleep at night - definitely not a party house - and house has a laid back, comfortable atmosphere that’s always nice to come home to.

10-minute bus ride/20-minute walk to town centre, 5 to London Road shops. Less than 10-minute walk to big Aldi, 2 minutes walk to big Sainsbury’s, post office, dentist, and GP, 1 minute to Co-Op, bus stops, takeaways, cafes, 24-hour shop, pubs etc. The house is located in Council Tax band C, and is managed by reputable letting agents who require UK guarantor alongside deposit [approx £227] when moving in, and their office is conveniently just around the corner. They have always treated us really well [some of us have been here a long time] and are usually good about getting things needing sorting sorted. On street parking is by permit only, and there is always space available outside.
