Upstairs and en-suite attic room available in terraced house near Preston Park. 15 minutes walking distance to Brighton station and town.

Pictures show room unfurnished as last lodger had their own bed but this can easily be sorted. Sofa bed, TV and table all present in room as shown.

Sharing with live in landlord who will be away for a significant amount of the next year so most of the time you will have the house to yourself.

House includes access to shared areas of living room, dining room, kitchen, study, garden and bathrooms.

House comes with a very affectionate cat called Miss Britney so must be OK with cats and be comfortable looking after the cat when landlord is away.

Ideally looking for someone who is past the house part stage, is tidy and clean like myself. I enjoy music, board games, hiking and the theatre.
