I’m looking for a friendly, easy going, tidy flatmate to share this lovely home with. The house is cosy, bright, peaceful, but still in need of some love and finishing touches.

You’d have:
* An unfurnished double bedroom
* A shared large bathroom with both shower and bath
* Access to a fully equipped kitchen
* A sunny courtyard garden with neighbourhood cats who love to visit

The house has a calm, homely feel — ideal for someone who enjoys a relaxed atmosphere, occasional chats over dinner or coffee, but also values their own space and independence.

The room itself is cosy and bright on the ground floor, however is not furnished. We have a second living room in which more storage is available, or open to discussion on which room would be preferable.

I’m looking for someone considerate and clean who’s after a genuine home rather than somewhere just to crash. I mostly work 4 days a week in healthcare so sleeps very important to me, preferably would like someone with the same work schedule but open to discussion.

📍Based in Brighton; super cool and quiet street mostly with families
🚂We’re just a 15 min walk to station, 5 min walk to the city centre and the seafront
🌳 Small court yard garden - Morning sunshine however does need some furniture!
🏡Private feel in the flat even sharing with one other
🛋️Cosy living room for chill evenings

Bills not included, usually comes to around £180pp with water, gas, electric, council tax, broadband and netflix.
Tax band C
Deposit is 5 weeks rent. Rent is not negotiable, it is £855pcm
Parking available on the street although a permit is needed.
