1 Bedroom in Gorgeous Shared Flat

Hi! My name is Ella, and I am a young professional from Canada looking for someone to share my gorgeous flat with. I have lived here for seven months and absolutely love it, but my current roommate is sadly moving out of town.

The flat is in an amazing location. We are literally next door to London Road station, making commuting incredibly easy, and just moments from a major bus stop with routes across Brighton and beyond. Brighton city centre is easily accessible, and there are several great pubs, cafés, shops, and amenities just a two-minute walk away. Despite being so well connected, the area feels surprisingly peaceful and residential.

The available bedroom is spacious and bright, with plenty of storage. The flat itself has a lovely, homely feel, generous shared living space, a private back garden, and lots of storage throughout. We also have a dishwasher and a brand-new washing machine, which make day-to-day life that little bit easier.

A little about me: I work full-time as a paralegal and enjoy cooking, exploring Brighton, watching films, and spending time with friends. I'm looking for someone who is friendly, considerate, and looking for a home rather than just a place to stay. While I enjoy socialising, this isn't a party house, and I'd love to find someone who appreciates a relaxed and comfortable living environment.

Pets are very welcome, especially dogs! Bonus points if you have any gardening skills, as I'm currently trying to learn and could definitely use the help.
