Located on Brading Road in the Elm Grove area, close walk to Lewes Road for bus routes.
💵 £167pw, £723.67 per calendar month (Bills included)
💵 £140 holding deposit needed for contract
💵 £560 Security deposit needed before move in date. (Given back at end of tenancy)
10 Month Contract and the Move in Date is the 18th September.
