2 doubles in lovely house off Lewes Road 💞

Room 1

My two housemates are moving out at the end of July and I'm looking for people to take their place in our lovely home just off Lewes Road 💞

Both rooms are doubles and come fully furnished.

Room 1 = £675 pcm (excluding bills)
Room 2 = £650 pcm (excluding bills)

We have a large kitchen / living space, a big shared bathroon, and a garden (not pictured.) We're 15 mins walk from
Brighton station and are near a number of supermarkets (Sainsburys 4 mins, Aldi 10 mins, and Co-op 1 min).

Ideally looking for other women aged 26-34 to move in and would like to find people who are up for doing things together (bingeing Netflix, the occasional beach day, trips to the pub etc.) as well as doing our own thing / respecting each others' space.

A bit about me: I'm 28 and work in PR. I moved to Brighton last summer so still feel fairly new (!) but absolutely love it here. Most evenings, I'm either out playing football (badly), down by the beach, or chilling at home with a book/music/whichever comfort show I'm rewatching.
