Looking for someone to take over my lovely, bright room in a 4 bedroom flat. Although compact, there is enough space for basic furnishings and a double bed, so you are more than able to make the space your own. You will also have access to a beautiful, airy living room-kitchen and a bright bathroom, shared by two of the other tenants. There is a utilities room located on the first floor of the building, shared by the other two flats in the property. The other tenants in these flats are really friendly and have a group chat to communicate if there are any maintenance issues that may arise.

The flat is located in a quiet neighbourhood roughly 5 minutes walk from Seven Dials and 10 minutes from Churchill Square/Western Road and the train station, so is an absolutely ideal location for anyone. The neighbourhood has great amenities such as cosy pubs, shops and green spaces to relax in.

You will be living with 3 other flatmates aged between 22-25 so ideally we are searching for someone else around this age range to take over the room. The other tenants are really friendly and enjoy socialising but are also very respectful of each other’s space and will be wanting someone who also shares this quality to join. The shared spaces are cleaned and maintained in turn by everyone.

Rent is £600 per month, with bills except electricity and wifi included. Available from 8th September 2026.
