Double room available in lovely 2 bed townhouse💞

The room is a good-sized double bedroom in a fantastic central Brighton location, just a 5-10 minute walk from Brighton Pavilion and Old Steine.

The house itself is fully furnished with furniture belonging to my current housemate, although the bedroom is unfurnished, giving you the freedom to make the space your own.

One of the best things about the house is the amount of space. We have a great-sized kitchen that’s perfect for two people, a cosy lounge, and a lovely patio that gets lots of sunshine throughout the day. There’s also a spare room which is currently used for laundry and the occasional guest, but it could easily be used as a home office if you work remotely.

The bathroom has both a separate shower and bath, and the toilet is located in a separate room, which makes sharing much more convenient.

You’ll be living with just one other person - a 27 year old female dental hygienist. She is friendly, considerate, tidy, and very easy to live with. The house has a relaxed, comfortable atmosphere and is ideal for someone looking for a home rather than just a place to rent.

I’ve really enjoyed living here and will be sad to leave. It’s a brilliant location with plenty of space and a fantastic housemate, so I’m hoping to find someone who will enjoy it as much as I have!
