Double Room near Seven Dials

I'm looking for a new housemate as my current housemate is moving abroad for work.

The flat is a bright and spacious, two-bedroom first-floor flat with a separate living room and kitchen. It comes fully equipped with a washer/dryer, dishwasher, and plenty of storage space.

The available room is furnished with a bed and mattress (both only a year old), as well as a built-in wardrobe and shelving.

The location is on a quiet street but close to town, with permit parking available (no waiting list) and Brighton Station just a 15-minute walk away. The Seven Dials area has lots of cafés, shops, and pubs nearby.

A little about me: I'm a 27-year-old graduate geophysicist working 3 days in the office, 2 days from home. Outside of work, I enjoy rock climbing, going to the gym, catching up with friends at the weekends and meeting new people. I'm sociable and enjoy having a chat and a catch-up, but I am also mindful of each of us having our own space.
