*Sublet from asap for a month* lovely house

Hey all, I'm subletting my room this summer, for a month (with the chance of extension) from asap. It's £590 per month bills included. It's a big lovely 5 bed house by queen's park/kemptown with lovely queer housemates and lots of lovely communal space. The room will be mostly cleared bar the plants and furniture. We are a group of queers in our late 20s / 30s living in a big 5 bed house by Queen's Park. The room itself is a small/medium double room with king size bed and furniture.

Our house vibe:

As a house we like to cook, occasionally play games and watch tv together but also respect eachother's down time. We have a cleaning rota. We are generally quite busy, with jobs and community projects in brighton, or away at weekends, but we find time to spend together.

Accessibility and allergy info below:

This house has two steps into the front door from the street which is on a hill, the house is situated near Hanover so requires a steep incline to access it.

The house is a large 5 bed, the bedroom is on 2nd floor, both flights of stairs are in 2 sections.

There is one step down into the kitchen on ground floor. And a raised threshold out to the garden which is a small patio.

The house is also on a main bus route meaning the bedroom is not silent and is exposed to some street noise *though this is limited by double glazing in the bedroom which is also at the back of the house*

We are a house that eats flexibly and not a vegan or vegetarian house, though we tend to eat mostly vegetarian and gluten free together. We are not a nut free house however are open to discussing allergies and ways we can avoid flare ups through shared meals. We currently do not have any furry animals and dont plan to due to allergies

The house is 3 minutes walk (0.1 mile) to the nearest corner shop and about 8-10 minutes (0.4 mile) downhill to supermarkets on st James street.

The house has two toilets located between ground and first floor, one of them a full bathroom with a shower over the bath.

There are no fluorescent lights and we tend to use warm low lighting in the house
