Looking for a new flatmate for a cosy house hold

Hi all,

We are looking for a new housemate to take the third room in Hanover from the 15th august!

We are really well located with a number of pubs (one on every corner!), cafes and parks nearby. It’s roughly 15/20 minutes walk into the city centre and kemp town is 10 minutes walk away.

The house is super cosy and charming, located on a quiet street. We have a shared living room, kitchen, garden and bathroom.

The room is a spacious double, facing the south with a garden view, and gets lots of light!

You’ll be sharing with two great gals-Liv and Freya! We are both 28.
We are looking for someone friendly and chill to suit the current vibe of the house. It’s a fun social and respectful environment.

Liv- I’m 28 and have lived in Brighton for over a year now! I work in a nursery. I love baking/ cooking, going out with friends to try new restaurants and bars in Brighton💗

Freya- I’m 28 and have lived in Brighton for four years. I work for a children’s charity. When I’m not working, I’m often meeting up with friends for coffee or cocktails. I’m also a foodie who loves trying new restaurants.💗

The landlord requires the following-

-A UK based guarantor
-permanent employment
-A salary of no less than £25,000 per annum

Bills are typically £130. This includes, WiFi, gas, electric, water and council tax.
