Single Room in 3 Bed Maisonette near Preston Park

Open plan kitchen + living room. The bedroom is small, but still able to fit a double bed in if you desire. The living room is large and there is plenty of storage space in other parts of the flat. The rent is significantly reduced compared to the other rooms in the house. We are in the lowest council tax band, A.

We are 2 friends looking for someone laid back and (relatively) tidy to replace our housemate who is moving to Japan. We enjoy listening to vinyl, watching films and football together, as well as going out to the pub, the cinema and to see gigs - amongst other things. We are equally happy spending time doing things together as we are just chilling out separately.
I would say we have a fairly relaxed attitude to household chores, but that relies on everyone pitching in together because they want to, not because they feel like they have to!
We are not looking for anyone in particular, just someone who is easy to get along with.

There is a shared (with one other person, the attic bedroom is ensuite) bathroom next to the spare bedroom.
We have had a really good experience with the lettings agent (Town and City Lettings) so far - they have been responsive to any problems we have had, and quick to respond.
We are in a great location - next to London Road train station and just a short walk from Preston Park. The neighbourhood is quiet and friendly, but close to multiple pubs and an easy journey into the centre of town,
