My two housemates are moving on to new adventures, so I’m looking for two new people to join this peaceful and friendly home.

Great landlord who is friendly and very responsive to any issues or repairs

One room available from 2 September
Second room available from mid-September
👩‍🎓 About me:

I’m a doctorate student and ideally, I am looking for two students to move in for Council Tax exemption purposes, although professionals are also welcome to apply. I would enjoy a quiet and respectful living environment with easy-going housemates.

The house would suit someone who appreciates a calm, clean, and friendly home.

🌳 About the area:

The house is located in a quiet area right on the doorstep of the South Downs, with many beautiful walks and nature spots nearby. There is also a local café, shop, and pharmacy just a short walk away, making it a very convenient and peaceful place to live. It is easily accessible from Brighton City-Centre and the two Universities by bus or cycling.
