Friendly young professional 6-person house share looking for two new housemates!

The house is located on Hartington Road, a 25 minute walk from the centre of town with a bus service stopping just outside. It has a communal kitchen, sitting room and garden, as well as two bathrooms.

The current flatmates are Pete, Issy, Georgie, Gabby, Joël and Lilac

Issy and I have found a flat together, so sadly it is time for us to move out of our lovely houseshare :(

Both of our rooms are becoming available, one is on the ground floor with a door to the garden and one is on the first floor. The rooms are both doubles with plenty of light and beds + wardrobes included.

We're looking for two friendly and easy-going housemates, who are respectful and willing to help keep the communal areas tidy.

This is not a party house as we all work in the week, but we do like house pub trips, campfires in the garden, hiking and just general chatter in the shared spaces.

We're only considering young professionals or mature graduate students ages 25 - 35.

The rooms are available from the 1st July (subject to referencing by our letting agency) but we can be flexible up to 31st July.

Rent: £583.34

Security Deposit : £673.08

Bills excluded but costs shared out between us.

Viewings for the rooms will be held in the evenings 29th June - 5th July so we can have a chance to meet each other and show you around.
