Gorgeous room in Central Brighton flat

Hi! My name is Hiya (hee-ya) and I’m a working professional looking for someone to share my gorgeous flat with. I have lived here for 9 months and absolutely love it, but my current flatmate is sadly moving out of town.

The flat is in an amazing location - central Brighton with multiple shops and restaurants at our doorstep. We are 10 mins walk from Brighton Station and 2 mins walk from North Street bus stop, making commute incredibly easy. Despite being so well connected, the flat feels surprisingly peaceful and residential.

The available bedroom is spacious and bright and it comes unfurnished. The kitchen is equipped with microwave, kettle, fridge/freezer, washing machine and plenty of storage space. The bathroom has a walk- in shower and a full mirror with plenty of storage too. We also have a living room with large windows for cosy nights in.

A little about me: I work full time in healthcare, and I enjoy dancing, going to the beach, watching series and relaxing with friends. I’m looking for someone who is friendly, considerate and looking for a home rather than just a place to stay. While I enjoy socialising, this is not a party house and I’d love to find someone who appreciates a relaxed and comfortable living environment.
