My name is Seb and I am looking for a new flatmate as my current one is moving up North. The tenancy renews on the 1st of August , rent £650 without bills. Your bills would be approx £130/month. Council tax is band a.
The flat: 2 bedroom flat off London road. It is split over two floors. Your bedroom is on the top floor next to the bathroom and I'm on the first floor next to the kitchen. There are 5 steps into the building. 3 flights of stairs to the flat, and another flight to your bedroom. Sadly there are no lifts. This is for single occupancy only and sadly no pets. The room is unfurnished and roomy. Previous flatmates have had a double bed, wardrobe, desk and sofa in there! There is a balcony off your room, not big enough for sitting but big enough for plants!
Me: 34 year old trans neuro diverse human. I am sober and in recovery. I'm looking for a flatmate who understands this and won't bring drugs in the flat. I don't mind a little alcohol in the space but if you're a big drinker this probably isn't the fit for you. Also I'm super allergic to nuts and can't be around them, so if you are a big nut fan its probably not the fit for you either 😅 I'm a sexual health nurse. When I'm not at work I like to make things, eat things, dance and play football for a tnbi team.
