Ensuite Double Room for a Single Female

Furnished double room, ensuite being installed at the moment, on the ground floor (next to the front door) of a family house in central Brighton. Occupants are mother/owner plus little dog (we are only here a couple of days per week), one of my sons (aged 21, employed), and an existing lodger (nurse). There is a kitchen/sitting/dining room that everyone uses, but the room for rent also has an armchair and a table/desk and is large enough to be used as your own sitting room. Note that the kitchen is not large, so not suitable for someone who is bringing loads of their own cooking equipment and large appliances!

This would be perfect for an international student, as the buses to the universities run from the bottom of the hill, or for staff at the RSCH, which is walking distance.

Easy walk to sea, city centre, and station.
