Cosy double room in a all you need house

Hey there!

We are looking for an awesome flatmate to sublet this beautiful, super bright, all-white double bedroom. It comes fully equipped with a wardrobe, drawers, a desk, a big mirror, and a comfy mattress! The room is close to a bathroom with an amazing bath.

Downstairs, we have a lovely living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a second shower, washing machine and dryer, and a nice patio.

Zero bill stress: All bills are included! (We only pay £8 a month for the Wi-Fi). The heating works like a dream, particularly useful for winter—with no extra costs!

You will be living with three respectful and friendly professionals. The landlord is a very reasonable and helpful guy who fixes anything related to the house right away.

The house is very well located: Bus stop (21 & 23) right in front of the house! Corner shop just a 2-minute away, Queens Park only 10 minutes away and just 15-minutes from the beach!

Move-in dates: We are flexible! If you need to move in a bit earlier or later, we can work it out.
