The room is partly furnished, with a bed, wardrobe, nightstand and open hanging wardrobe, with an ensuite toilet, sink and shower.

There is a shared kitchen/living room with a window overlooking the lanes and plently of sun. Applicances are included and a washing machine and white goods already installed.

Water bill is included in the rent, but electricity, wifi and council tax are paid seperately which comes around to 75-85 per month depend on the season and electricity use.

Ideal person would be a working professional, non smoker, friendly, considerate and tidy! Someone who is sociable but likes their own space as well.

Rent comes to £615 + bills. References and UK guarantor required.
