Large room in family home for 3 months- inc cat!

We are going travelling for 3 months- 4th Sept to mid December and will be renting out our room for this period. Our daughter will be staying till ~early November, and our son will occasionally visit at weekends. The very low rent is due to the requirement for feeding the cat. Treacle is very sociable and needs little maintenance, but does need feeding!
The house has a large kitchen/ diner, large living room and garden with fabulous views to the sea. Parking available for one car on the drive. It is situated very conveniently close (3 min walk) to the 26/ 46 bus route which has busses nearly every 10 minutes into the town centre and to Preston Park or London road stations.
We will be returning mid Dec as said and will want our house back at that stage !
Couples preferred.
