Furnished, Double Room in Brighton | Mon - Fri

We’re a friendly, professional couple in our early 30s looking for a tidy, respectful lodger. Ideally we’re looking for a Monday to Friday renter, but we’re open to discussing the occasional weekend stay.

Our spacious two bedroom flat is located in Brighton, less than a 10 minute walk from Preston Park Station, with direct trains to London, making it an ideal base for commuters.

The home is full of natural light and the room is fully furnished with plenty of storage, and bedding available if needed. The flat has one bathroom with a separated toilet and shower room, making sharing much more convenient. There is also a spacious lounge, kitchen, and a beautiful private garden to enjoy.

One of the best features of the flat is the layout. We occupy the loft bedroom while the spare room is on the lower floor, giving everyone plenty of privacy and making the flat feel much more spacious.

We both work full time, one from home and one commuting to London five days a week (commuter also stays in London twice a week). We enjoy travelling, staying active and keeping busy, but we’re generally quiet and relaxed during the week.
