Beautiful central 3 bed flat looking for housemate

We are looking for a third roommate to move in with us end of august. Pls message for photos & more details :)

We have a beautiful 3 bedroom flat in old steine. 15 min walk to Brighton station. Flat has a shared living room, outside terrace, bright light, quality furniture and gorgeous two bathrooms with a bath. Council tax band C. Price for room £550 not including bills.

A bit about us:

- we love a warm, plant-filled, relaxing home that has a good energy

- we love to cook for people and eat together when possible, no pressure for it to happen though

- we are both queer (not a couple). One vegan, one meat-eater (nothing to do with us not being a couple lol). If you eat meat, we prefer lower consumption and being conscious of sharing a kitchen

- keeping our space clean and respectful is very important to us, but we understand its a home not a hotel!

- open communication is a must. We don’t want anyone holding onto their feelings, so know we can all just talk to each other!

- we are both involved in local queer, Palestine, and refugee organising spaces. Alignment with these values is important for us to live with someone.

- one of us has long covid/chronic health issues so being up for communication around health stuff is important if this is something that comes up (like testing if u need to)

- we are creative, love a chat, and will always welcome someone into our plans. But, we also really value our own time and space alone :))))
