Lovely seaside house at Marine parade

A spacious double room has become available in our lovely second-floor seaside flat.

The location is fantastic—just a few minutes' walk from the hospital and right by the beach. There are plenty of cafés, shops and supermarkets nearby, with bus stops conveniently located right outside the building.

The room is bright and generously sized, with a large window that lets in lots of natural light. The kitchen is shared between the three tenants and has plenty of cupboard space, along with a large fridge. The bathroom is only shared between two people, as the third bedroom has an ensuite. It includes both a full-sized bath and an electric shower.

While the room comes unfurnished the owner is happy to arrange a double bed with mattress if you need it.

We only moved in a couple of months ago and have both been in and out throughout the summer, so the flat has never felt too busy or crowded—and that may well continue to be the case.

Overall, it's a beautiful home with lovely neighbours, and we're excited to find someone who'll enjoy living here as much as we do.

A little more about us: Stacie is a bank manager and works from home but travels quite a bit for work. Shivali is currently pursuing her PhD in neuroscience and mostly works from the University.
We get on really well and are looking for a third housemate who's kind, considerate and easygoing. We occasionally enjoy going down to the beach, grabbing a drink at the pub, or movie night if that's your kind of thing—but there's absolutely no expectation to socialise. We both value having our own space too, and we're looking for someone who'll help keep the flat clean, comfortable and a relaxed place for everyone to call home.
