I have a large room to rent in a ground floor flat which has a communal garden and a bike shed. The kitchen and bathroom are both small and are shared with myself.
It is in Band A council tax. There is a soft touch parking scheme in place on this street-a parking permit would need to be applied for.
I have a very shy cat ,which is not allowed in the room for rent.
I would appreciate someone who is cat-friendly and who would be happy to feed my cat from time to time. The room would be suitable for a quiet, independent, mature person who has similar interests . I'm also keen on recycling and taking care of the environment.
