🛋️ The big room has its own three-seat sofa

Room 3 is the biggest in the house at 15.6 m², with a three-seat sofa as well as a desk. Somewhere to sleep, somewhere to work, and somewhere to sit that isn't the end of your bed with a laptop balanced on a pillow like a first-year undergraduate.

Room 3 has a ceiling high enough for a chandelier, so we put one in. Fitted properly, and Grandad was nowhere near it.
