Room:

The room is quiet, sunny and south facing, towards the garden. The furniture includes a built in wardrobe, desk, bookshelf, double bed, sink with cabinet and mirror.

House:

The house has 6 bedrooms over 3 floors. There is a cosy living room at the front of the house and a big kitchen at the back that opens out onto the garden. The kitchen table sits 6 people which is good for socialising. There is a washing machine and tumble drier. The garden is across a few levels and has plenty of room for bbqing, hanging washing and growing plants in containers. There's space to store bikes. The road is quiet and leafy, also close to Lewes Road cemetery which is lovely to walk in.

House vibe:

The vibe is friendly and laid back but considerate of eachother. We mostly work away from home, so its quiet in the weekdays. It's not really a party house but we like going to the pub or having a bbq in the garden sometimes.

Location: 5 min walk from Lewes Road and Elm Grove with plenty of shops, pubs and cafes. 20 min walk to London Road/The Level.

Have loved living in this house and the location but am now moving out to live with my partner. Would be great to find someone who will enjoy living here as much as I did.
