Hi! My current housemate is moving in with his girlfriend, which means a great double room is opening up in our beautiful 2 bedroom apartment on 1st September.

The Room
A good size, light filled double bedroom.
Furnishings: Comes furnished with a comfortable king size bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, and 2 bedside tables.

You’ll be sharing the flat with just me! The apartment is modern, well kept, and feels like a real home.

Living Area: A large shared, open plan living room with a TV, comfy modern sofa and Massive balcony that overlooks Preston park.

Kitchen: Fully equipped with all the essentials (dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, etc.).
Bathroom: Main bathroom with a great shower (This would be your own bathroom so no need to share).
Bonus: The building has a great main lobby area with plenty of places to sit for communal activities or working from home space. There is a large Community lounge that is available for all residents, huge sofas and massive wall mounted TV from movies and games nights. This area can also be booked for private events with friends etc... we have a rooftop terrace garden and a second garden on the lower side of the building.

The Location
We are located opposite Preston park with great access to both Brighton and Hove station (both a 15/20 min walk) if needing to commute, plus bus stops close by (1 min away) and a beryl bike station.

Local Vibe: We are surrounded by great local amenities, including the Rotunda cafe, supermarkets, gyms, parks, or popular local pubs and cafes.

About Me
I’m a 34 year old professional working in Account management. During the week, I usually keep things pretty chilled, going to the gym, watching a series, or cooking. On the weekends, I like to spend time with friends, traveling, hiking or going to gigs etc..
I like to keep the communal areas clean and tidy, and while I have my own independent life, I’d love to find a housemate who is up for sharing a meal or a glass of wine now and then.

The Ideal Housemate
I'm looking for a friendly, respectful, and tidy professional, someone who cleans up after themselves in the shared spaces and treats the flat like a home, not just a place to crash.

The Details
Rent: £925per month
Bills: Approx £170 per month (includes council tax, water, electricity/gas, and fast Wi-Fi)

Move-in Date: 1st September
