Double Room in North Lanes!

room going in 2 bed flat in north laine area!

timeframe:
my housemate’s moving out on 12th sep (maybe flexible depending on what works for her)

bills:
rent is £720 then roughly:
energy: £40, council tax £60, water £60, wifi £12

the place:
flat building is just off church st so it can get a little noisy, but is very handy to go anywhere in brighton!
we’ve been here since last june so we’ve got most things sorted & decorated, though I’d love to make sure whoever moves in adds their touch! 🌱🪴
the flat is all wood floor or tiles, the kitchen & living room are quite small but adequate enough for 2.
huge bathroom and big shower - no bath
there’s 1 flight of stairs up to the flat (on floor 1) or a lift, which is 1 step down.
there’s also a communal sheltered bike shed 🚴

the room:
the bedroom has a big west-facing window so it has a nice light throughout the day.
measurements are around 2.6 x 3m, not including the window or wall indents.
it currently fits a double bed, clothes rail, desk & chair, chest of drawers and some other bits

as a housemate:
I’m 26 ♌️ and I work a 9-5 at an energy company (cheap bills!)
I like to keep things pretty clean and tidyyyy so would be looking for someone to be on the same page. I’m also neurodivergent so would want to be able to communicate well!
