Hello and welcome to our family home, where I live with my two teenage children. We have been renting our spare room for several years now to students and professionals from around the world.

The furnished double room is bright and cosy, with your own bathroom (shower and bath). Shared kitchen, washing machine, WiFi, lovely rear garden.

Property is in a quiet area, super close to Preston Park station, with Sainsbury’s or Tesco’s a short walk away. Preston Park is at the end of the road. Regular buses into town/the beach, take the train one stop, hire a cycle or enjoy the walk.

All bills included, covering gas, electricity, water, council tax and Wifi.

The room is furnished with:
Double bed with lamp and bedside table (bedding available if required)
Desk, chair and overhead desk lamp
Clothing rail and shelving
Full length mirror

Available from around 4 September with one month deposit £780 and references please. Short term tenancy agreement provided.

Happy to consider short term let as well as longer term until Summer 2027, or Monday-Friday let also negotiable.
