The flat includes a shared open plan living room/kitchen area and bathroom with a good functioning shower. The shared areas are furnished and the kitchen is equipped with all nesqcerg appliances.

The room is a good sized double room, carpeted and light and airy. It has a couple inbuilt shelves and 2 mirrors. The rest is unfinished.

The flat was professionally cleaned and re-decorated in the last 6 months
