6 bed Student House in Hollingdean

Hello! We are looking for 2-3 more housemates to join us in a lovely big house on Hollingbury Terrace. We are 3 mature students aged 25-30, Max, Matti, and Claudia. We’ve met on spareroom too and get along well. We are all nice, easygoing people eager to make the most out of this coming year.

The house is in Hollingdean, a stones throw from the fiveways pub. It’s 6 bedrooms with a big living room and a garden. The price with bills included is £2642/month, so the more bedrooms we fill the cheaper it’ll be for everyone. These are the numbers depending on how many of us there are; 4 - 660.5/ppm, 5 - 528.4/ppm, 6 - 440.33/ppm. (These figures could change slightly if more of us means higher bills prices etc) The current move in date is September 4th but I’m trying to see if we can move in a couple days earlier.
