2 rooms available in friendly creative house share

We have two lovely rooms available in our friendly, creative home in central Brighton, available from the end of August/ start of September.

The rooms come furnished and with lots of storage space. One is south facing with a garden view and lots of sunlight, the other is north facing and slightly larger.

Our current housemates are moving off to new adventures but have really loved and valued their space here 💚

You’ll be joining Rachel (27, social media manager for a neurorehab service) and Megan (29 - administrator at BIMM and inclusive dance facilitator). This house has been passed between friends over the years, during which time we’ve tried hard to build a proper home here. We would love to find people who are looking for a home, not just a house. We value time alone but also love hanging out together, watching tv, having a couple drinks, getting creative, seeing friends, etc! We want this to continue to feel like a relaxed, safe, and supportive space for everyone. We both work full time but love to be social when we can.

The house has a gorgeous little balcony off the kitchen, overlooking our lovely sunny garden, a utility room with washing machine, shared living room, kitchen and bathroom. On street permit parking is available.
