I am moving out of the coolest flat I have shared with two other females for a few years. This flat is all on one level and features a private garden patio with great views of embassy court in front of it. The double bedrooms are all good sizes and the front room open planned kitchen living space is huge and very cool. I will be taking all of my furniture so it will be unfurnished for now but this is something that you could sort with the other two housemates. My other two housemates are my good friends and are lovely. One is a musician and one is a graphic designer. This is seriously the best room you could find in Brighton for this price.
Bills are around £120 on top of this. 2 minute walking to the seafront (peace statue/meeting place cafe)
