Must be a cat lover as my beloved ginger cat will be in the house and is very friendly once he gets to know you.
Cleaner included every fortnight.
Huge terrace and garden with lots of outdoor furniture.
Shared kitchen/dining room & living room.
Living room has projector.
Kitchen has induction oven, air fryer, vitamix, slow cooker, dishwasher & nutribullet.
5 mins walk from South Downs. 30 mins walk/10 mins bus to Black Rock. 25mins bus to North Street.
Parking space is currently privately rented but available tor additional fee.

Your partner is able to stay a maximum of 2x a week.
I would prefer someone who goes out to work rather than work from home.
Veggie or vegan only.

About the room: double bed, bedside table, lamp, chest of drawers, large built in wardrobe and blinds (ignore the current furniture in the picture as they are moving out. Can be unfurnished on request)
West facing room next to shared bathroom.
Some loft space available for smaller items.
Storage for 1 bike available in conservatory.

Cleaning supplies/toilet paper & bills included.
House needs to kept clean & tidy at all times, outside shoes off inside.

About me: I’m mid 40s recently separated.
Enjoy yoga, spirituality, my plants and dancing.
Have the very occasional night out, and guests rarely. I like to live ethically.
I’m a medical tattooist and usually out working 4-5 days a week.
I go to bed 9-11pm and am up between 7-8am.
I would prefer no noise in the house after 10pm.
I enjoy vegan baking/bread, craft projects, gardening and cooking veggie meals. I also love burning incense in my room!
