Looking for replacement flatmate for our house

One of our current flatmates is moving out and we’re looking for someone to replace them.

The room is really nice and has a single bed and en-suite bathroom. We also have a full kitchen and also a back garden with a really nice summerhouse which has a tv and underfloor heating. (It’s essentially our living room)

Bills aren’t included in the rent but on average it works out cheaper to do it separately than any student bills package. We also have a cat that visits the garden a lot if you like animals.

As for us we’re all very friendly and have a variety of different interests as a flat. We like hanging out together so if you’re social this is the flat for you. We’re losing a female flatmate and the one other girl here is demanding that we find another girl but we’re open to anyone 😅

Unfortunately the flatmate moving out has gone home for a while and left the door locked so viewings are difficult but we have photos of the room and if you want to meet us all we’re happy to meet you for a coffee or a few drinks 👀
