1 Month Let in Brighton. Double room with ensuite

Lovely light large room with lots of storage and ensuite bathroom with shower. Fully furnished, including with a double bed. Room available for 1 month (Sep-Oct) while current occupant is away overseas. You would be living with my housemate, a 32yo professional.

The room is a 2 bed flat with 2 bathrooms and extra storage outside. There is shared use of an open plan kitchen and sitting room. The flat has high ceilings, big windows and lots of natural light.

The area is lovely and village-like, with a cafe next door and lots of little shops and pubs. We are a 2 minute walk from the sea and 20 minute walk from the centre of town/15 min bus to station.

Room would be perfect for a female or a couple (monthly cost for a couple would be approx £1225 with bills included). We are looking for someone who appreciates a nice homely space, clean and tidy environment and a peaceful atmosphere.
