The studio is a single large room with well equipped kitchen at one end and sleeping area/lounge at the other.
There is a separate shower/WC room (no basin)
The main room is an irregular shape. Longer on one side than the other. It's 3.4m wide. It is 6.5m long at longest side and 5.32m long on shortest side. It is very light with 3 windows in total.
The Studio is on the first floor.
The kitchen has a hob, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, kettle and toaster.
Breakfast bar with 2 chairs
The sleeping area in the middle has a small double (1.2m x 1,9m) bed.

ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKERS
Please note the monthly rent (£950) is based on a 3 month contract. If you want a shorter contract, i. e one or two months then then equivalent rent per month will be higher.
No and/or Low deposit options depending on length of stay and whether you pay the full amount up front or prefer to pay monthly
