I have a bedroom to rent out (double bed), for 3 or 4 months, starting now. It’s near Preston Circus, in a nice 3 bed maisonette. But it would be a lodger arrangement, where you had no guests, but you have the use of the apartment with us of course.

You could just stay for a couple of months if that suits, but it would be available for longer.

Normally that room would go for £800 pcm including bills. So with this arrangement I would make it £575 pcm, including bills.

I stay there with one friend. It’s a quiet, comfy, convenient home.

There is no smoking in the flat at all.

Depending on the viewing/moving in dates, I may ask for a holding deposit. (People keep changing their minds on here!).

Council Tax band C.
