Looking for a flatmate

The flat has a large communal garden space and it's own entrance with patio/small garden area. The hallway is a mini library. There is extra storage space, cupboards etc. Room is mainly unfurnished. It can be painted a different colour if you want to do it.

Flat is a good size, neighbours are lovely. Bills are not included. So with bills is around £1000-1100 per month. Council Tax B .

Preferences for a housemate are clean and tidy, respects the space. I've lived with musicians and artists, and play a harpsicle. I used to work in events and still work at festivals.

I would prefer to live with someone someone who has creative outlets. I also have friends stay from over the country and world. So someone who doesn't mind people coming and staying over, meeting new people.

I adopted a 1 year old cat from a friend. Shes very friendly, likes food, goes out a lot, has her toys scattered through the hallway. Likes strokes and is a pretty friendly cat, like a dog but walks herself.
